Travelling to BT Murrayfield
We strongly recommend that supporters travel on foot, by bike or by public transport wherever possible and would ask that those supporters who do choose to come by car, park only in designated and authorised parking areas as directed by the club.
Travelling by Tram
Edinburgh Trams runs a fast, frequent service to the entrance of the stadium from locations such as Edinburgh Airport, Ingliston Park and Ride, Edinburgh Gateway and Haymarket.
Tickets must be purchased prior to boarding trams using the ticket vending machines at trams stops or on the Transport for Edinburgh App.
Travelling by Bus
The following services pass close to the stadium:
1, 2, 22, 30 at Westfield Road
3, 25, 33, 38 at Gorgie Road
12, 26, 31 at Corstorphine Road
Airlink: 100 at Corstorphine Road
First Bus: 21A, 22, 38, 38A at Corstorphine Road
Scottish Citylink: 900 at Corstorphine Road

Parking during the build of the new stadium
Due to the build of our new stadium there is no on-site parking available for Season Ticket and Business Club Members.
Is there any Blue Badge Parking at BT Murrayfield?Blue Badge parking is available in the West Stand Car Park as usual. Access will now be via the Riversdale Bridge and Gate D as Saughtonhall Bridge will be closed for the duration of the stadium build.
Blue Badge parking operates on a first come, first serve basis. If you have any questions, please contact the Ticket Centre by emailing [email protected].
Matchday Information & FAQs
Where do I collect my tickets from?
If you have bought a ticket in advance, collections are from the Ticket Centre at BT Murrayfield. We would encourage everyone who has selected the print at home option to print off their tickets prior to coming to a game to avoid any delays.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Depending on availability, matchday tickets can be purchased in advance at the Ticket Centre based at BT Murrayfield (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm) from two hours prior to the game, though you'll save £5 on any adult tickets bought before matchday.
I have an adult concession ticket that I need to upgrade to a full adult ticket – how can I do this?
Please contact the Ticket Centre on 0131 346 5180 (option 2) (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm) and they will be able to assist you.
Where will Gold Ticket Members be seated?
Gold Season Ticket Members will have a reserved seat for every home game of the regular season in the centre of the East Stand at BT Murrayfield. – sections East 7, 9 & 11.
Where will Silver Season Ticket Members be seated?
Silver Season Ticket Memberships are unreserved, so you will be able to sit or stand anywhere in the East stand except the Gold section of the East Stand, or pitchside in front of the West Stand.
Will there be accessible seating for Blue Badge holders?
Blue Badge holders will have access to the accessible gantry in the West Stand at BT Murrayfield.

Where will pitchside standing be?
Pitchside standing will be available in front of the West Stand at BT Murrayfield. There will also be other pockets of standing areas around the ground.
BT Murrayfield Bag Policy
A ‘small bag policy’ operates at BT Murrayfield. Ticket holders are able to bring a small bag that must be able to fit comfortably under your seat.Bags larger than this will not be allowed into the stadium. The only exceptions to this rule are spectators who require to carry bags for health reasons (including parents with young children who require to carry medical/dietary items).
Unless you have health or childcare requirements plan ahead and leave your bags at home, in your hotel, in your car, on the coach or at one of 13 bag-drop/left luggage facilities across Edinburgh (web links listed below).
Bag searches will be in operation so allow plenty of time to get to your seats ahead of kick off.
Food & Drink
There are plenty of spots around BT Murrayfield where you can quench your thirst or satisfy your hunger throughout the day.
The Clubhouse, located in the Thistle Suite*, is opened from 90 minutes before kick-off, where you can enjoy a light meal from our bistro menu. In addition, we have a selection of kiosks situated in various locations within the ground will serve a range of hot and cold refreshments.
