Bennett starts as seven selected for Pumas test
Mark Bennett makes his first Scotland start since 2016 as one of seven Edinburgh men picked in Gregor Townsend's side to face Argentina at Estadio 23 de Agostoon this Saturday (2 July, kick-off 8.10pm BST) - live on Sky Sports.
All seven capital stars will start on Saturday in a 23 skippered by Edinburgh's club co-captain, Grant Gilchrist.
The club's Scottish Building Society Player of the Season Mark Bennett sees his sparkling form rewarded, earning a starting berth at outside centre, adding to his 24 caps for Scotland.
He will be joined in the back-line by Darcy Graham (wing) and club centurion Blair Kinghorn who takes the reins at stand-off.
Captain Gilchrist is joined in the tight-five by loosehead prop Pierre Schoeman. Magnus Bradbury (blindside) and Luke Crosbie (openside) combine at back-row.
There will also be a very familiar face in the opposition's ranks, with Glen Moray Players' Player of the Season Emiliano Boffelli selected in the Argentine back-three.
