Miller and Darge to join Glasgow
Edinburgh back-row forwards Ally Miller and Rory Darge will join Glasgow Warriors at the end of the season, it was confirmed today.
Miller, 24, has made 21 appearances for the club since his debut against Scarlets in 2018 alongside spells with Scotland 7s on the World Series and 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Fellow flanker Darge, 21, made his first and only appearance for the club as a replacement away to Leinster in November, having signed from the FOSROC Scottish Rugby academy in the summer of last year.
Edinburgh Rugby Head Coach, Richard Cockerill, said: “We’ve developed a lot of strength and depth in the back-row over a number of seasons, so this is a move that probably makes sense for both players – and Scottish rugby generally – to pursue more game time than we’ve been able to offer here, at Glasgow.
“We’d like to thank Ally and Rory for their commitment during their time with us and will wish them all the best when the time comes at the end of the season. Until then, they’re still very much Edinburgh players and will be supporting all our efforts to finish this season well.”
