MATCHDAY - ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
We look forward to welcoming you to the ERS for the first in the Scottish Building Society Pre-Season Friendlies when we face Newcastle Falcons this Saturday (11 September) at 3pm.
This is the first time we will be welcoming supporters to a game at the ERS. It's a new experience for both you and the club. Please be patient with us.
We recommend familiarising yourself with the essential matchday information, to ensure you have all the important details before you arrive at the game.
A full list of our FAQs can be found here: Edinburgh v Newcastle, Matchday Information
Ticket delivery / collections: All match tickets will be emailed to purchasers ahead of the game. Please contact [email protected] if you have not received your match ticket(s) or have a ticket enquiry.
Season tickets should have been delivered by Thursday 9 September. If you haven’t received your season ticket yet, please contact [email protected]
Can I buy tickets on the day? Tickets will be available to purchase online right up until the game - e-tickets will automatically be sent to you at the time of purchase and can be scanned on your phone. We strongly encourage people to purchase their tickets through this method.
If you need to purchase your ticket in person, the ticket office will be open from 12.30-3.30pm on the day of the game. As we will be recording the details of ticket purchasers, this process will be slower than normal and you may need to queue, so we recommend purchasing online in advance.
