Capital interest: Breadalbane Finance invested in Edinburgh Rugby’s future

Breadalbane Finance will continue to invest in Edinburgh Rugby’s future in 2022/23 as the Edinburgh-based Commercial Finance Brokers step up to on-kit partner for the next two seasons.

Breadalbane have been an affiliate partner since the start of the current campaign – with their branding situated on the back of the coaching team’s laptops – and now extend terms with the capital club in a deal that will see their logo feature on the upper sleeve of the team’s Macron home and away match jersey.

Jamie Lindsay, Director at Breadalbane Finance, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to come on board as on-kit partner next season. As a business, we feel there are a lot of shared values, ambitions and synergies between Breadalbane and Edinburgh Rugby.

“A brilliant way of reinforcing that connected brand is by moving on-kit next season, which is massively exciting for all of us at Breadalbane." Jamie Lindsay, Director at Breadalbane Finance

“The potential for where this club can go really reflects where Breadalbane is as business too. We’re hugely ambitious and can’t wait to join the club’s journey in the coming seasons.”

Founded in 2012, Breadalbane Finance is an independent, commercial finance brokerage, focused on providing funding solutions for SMEs (small and medium size enterprises) in Scotland and across the UK.

With offices based in the Scottish capital, they aim to find the most appropriate and cost-effective funding solution to meet the individual needs of their clients.

Edinburgh Rugby Managing Director, Douglas Struth, added: “We’re delighted that Breadalbane Finance have chosen to renew their partnership, while deepening and broadening their relationship with the club as they step up to on-kit partner.

“Like us, they’ve got their roots firmly based in the city. They are very much about relationships and trust with their clients, like we are with our fans – so there are plenty of shared synergies between the two organisations." Edinburgh Rugby Managing Director, Douglas Struth

“We’re really looking forward to working together in the coming years. It’s going to be a really fruitful partnership.”

Working across asset and renewables finance, commercial loans and mortgages, invoice discounting and bridging finance, Breadalbane help their clients adapt and seize new opportunities. Head to breadalbanefinance.co.uk to find out more.
