When will I receive my membership pack?
The final 2020/21 packs will be sent at the beginning of March.
For your information, we manage the fulfilment of the packs in batches each month, so if you haven't received yours yet please be patient.
How long will my Castle Club membership be valid?
2020/21 Castle Club memberships will be valid until the end of the 2020/21 season.
Please note, Castle Club memberships will not automatically renew. They can be renewed manually at the beginning of next season.
Can I purchase additional memberships on behalf of others?
Yes, if you wish to purchase a membership on behalf of someone else, they need to create a ticketing account. More information on how to complete this process can be found HERE.
How do I update my membership or contact details?
If any of your contact details have changed (e.g. address, e-mail address, phone number) please update your details on your online account or email [email protected]
Why am I not receiving your emails?
The most common reason you not receiving emails is due to you unsubscribing from our various mailing lists.
We use five different mailing lists for our communications:
1. Edinburgh Rugby Operational Mailing List (These are not promotional emails and contain important information regarding your membership.You can unsubscribe from these emails but WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you do NOT unsubscribe, in case you miss important information regarding your membership and we are unable to contact you.)

4. Community News and Information
