The loosehead prop made his Edinburgh Rugby debut in the home win against Cardiff Blues in November 2020 and has since featured from the bench.
A former captain of the Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth I College team in the AASE League, Sam Grahamslaw divided his time between back row and front row on his way into senior rugby.
Sam played minis and junior rugby with Market Harborough before entering the DPP system with Tigers and made his England Under-18 debut in a win over Ireland.
Part of a sporting family, his brother captained Yorkshire Under-20s, mum Gill was a county netball player, dad Angus played for South of Scotland and an uncle played rugby for Scotland at two age levels.
After gaining senior experience as a prop with Loughborough Students at National League level, Sam gained a Scotland call in 2017/18 and went to the World Under-20s Championships in France, playing in all five games.
