Moyano joined Edinburgh Ruby from French Top14 side RC Toulon ahead of the 2021/22 season.

Born in Tucumán, 5ft 11in speedster Moyano rose through the Argentine age-grades at both U19 and U20 levels.

The Lince RC product made the move to international sevens circuit in 2013, where he represented Argentina in 16 tournaments, including the Rugby World Cup Sevens in Moscow.

Moyano made his senior international debut for Argentina while still playing sevens in 2011, coming off the bench and scoring a try in the 61-6 win over Chile.

He started against Scotland at BT Murrayfield in November 2018 – where he faced now Edinburgh Rugby teammates Grant Gilchrist, Jamie Ritchie and Hamish Watson – in the 14-9 defeat to Gregor Townsend’s side.

Moyano made just one appearance at Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan – starting in the side’s 21-23 defeat to France – before joining RC Toulon for the 2019/20 campaign.

Moyano made his Edinburgh Rugby debut in October 2021, starting on the wing in URC Round 3 fixture against DHL Stormers at DAM Health Stadium.
