Loose-head prop Michael 'Mikey' Adam Jones joined the Edinburgh Rugby Academy after making his Scotland U20 debut in the opening round of the 2021 Six Nations in Cardiff.
Jones started his rugby career at Lasswade RFC aged 5.
He attended Lasswade High School and completed his senior schooling at the city’s Stewart’s Melville College.
He has previously represented Scotland at U16 and U18.
Outside of rugby he has competed nationally in the shotputt.
