Four Pillars of the Community Programme
PARTICIPATION
Participating in sport is great fun and has a positive influence in so many ways. It supports positive mental health and improves social skills along with improved physical health. Sports participation also helps develop healthy living habits that have loads of physical benefits such as better agility, balance, coordination and physical fitness.
The Edinburgh Rugby Community Team provide opportunities for young people and adults to engage in fun physical activities – not just rugby! Our aim is to grow participation levels, improve access and increase the visibility of rugby and the club across the city and beyond.
