“AnyGame” Vouchers: Terms & Conditions of Use
1. AnyGame Vouchers are valid for any Heineken Cup pool games or RaboDirect PRO12 home games involving Edinburgh Rugby or Glasgow Warriors during the 20011/12 season, with the exception of the two 1872 Cup Games (dates to be confirmed) and any RaboDirect PRO12 Play-off matches.
2. AnyGame Vouchers cannot be purchased on Edinburgh Rugby or Glasgow Warriors home matchdays (i.e. they can only be purchased in advance, up to 5:00pm on the day before the match).
3. AnyGame Vouchers bought via www.scottishrugby.org., www.edinburghrugby.org or www.glasgowwarriors.org in match week may be collected from the venue up to, and including, matchday.
4. There is no limit on the number of AnyGame Vouchers that can be purchased at any one time.
5. There is no limit on the number of AnyGame Vouchers that can be used per match, subject to the venue capacity.
6. For Edinburgh Rugby games at Murrayfield, AnyGame Voucher holders can sit in the Unreserved seating sections or stand pitchside.
7. For Glasgow Warriors games at Firhill, AnyGame Voucher holders will be located in the Jackie Husband Stand or North Stand, in unreserved seating.
8. AnyGame Vouchers are issued by and shall remain the property of the Scottish Rugby Union plc (Reg. No. SC132061 with registered office at Murrayfield, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ) ("Scottish Rugby").
9. AnyGame Vouchers shall be void if re-sold at a premium or for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Scottish Rugby.
10. The use of AnyGame Vouchers as prizes in competitions or lotteries or for other promotional purposes is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by Scottish Rugby.
11. Admission cannot be guaranteed if the bearer arrives at the stadium less than 30 minutes before the advertised kick-off time.
12. Entry to the stadium will be denied to person carrying prohibited articles (such as cans, bottles, flasks, fireworks, etc.) as defined by the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) act 1995. In the interests of safety the instruction of the Police and Stewards must be obeyed.
13. No photographs, video recordings, sound recordings or similar may be taken within the stadium without the express prior written approval of Scottish Rugby . Entry to the stadium may be denied to persons with audio, visual and/or audio visual recording equipment of any sort including without limitation cameras, video cameras, cassette recorders and microphones.
14. Any person seeking to use a AnyGame Voucher in breach of these conditions may be denied entry to the stadium or ejected from it. In any event that person may be liable to legal action and Scottish Rugby reserves the right, at all times, to retain the money paid for the AnyGame Voucher on issue.
15. To be eligible for an AnyGame Voucher you must be registered on Scottish Rugby’s ticketing database. All personal data collected by Scottish Rugby shall be held by Scottish Rugby on a secure server and may be passed to any other associated company or to any officially approved sponsor or supplier of Scottish Rugby from time to time for the purposes of informing you of other offers from, or relating to, such companies, sponsors or suppliers from time to time. A list of such associated companies, sponsors and suppliers may be obtained by writing to The Data Controller, Scottish Rugby, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ. By submitting information to Scottish Rugby you are consenting to such use. You can obtain information on what data is held about you by contacting Scottish Rugby. For certain purposes you may be asked to provide additional consent before Scottish Rugby can process your personal data.
16. Scottish Rugby reserves the right to charge a booking fee for the issue of each AnyGame Voucher. The booking fee shall be in addition to the stated face value of the AnyGame Voucher.
17. Match AnyGame Vouchers are non-refundable.
18. The licensing conditions regulating the sale and consumption of alcohol at the stadium is subject to compliance with local licensing law requirements.
19. These terms and conditions are governed by Scots Law and any dispute relating to them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
