Jack Gilding

Jack Gilding, a new arrival for the 2010/11 campaign, sold himself to the Edinburgh coaching staff with his ability to prop either side of the scrum. The Stourbridge RFC product was born in Plymouth but qualififes for Scotland courtesy of a paternal grandmother from Greenock.

Gilding, who was previously contracted to Worcester Warriors, crossed the border after completing a loan spell with Moseley, where he worked under former Scotland flanker Ian Smith. He lists his interests as surfing, music and golf.
