With the quarter-final line-up now set in stone following a breath-taking weekend of European action, the ERC has confirmed that ticket sales for the 2012 Heineken Cup final are already broken through the 35,000 mark.

With five countries represented in the last eight, expectant fans from Munster, Leinster, Ulster, Saracens, Edinburgh, Clermont, Toulouse and Cardiff Blues have all been making their purchases with over 3,000 tickets sold since Round 6 for the high-profile occasion at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 19 May (kick-off 5pm).

Ticket prices for the Heineken Cup final start from £35 and with the Amlin Challenge Cup final taking place at the nearby Twickenham Stoop less than 24 hours earlier, fans have the opportunity of experiencing a unique festival of top-class European club rugby close to the English capital.
