The countdown begins towards another European adventure at The Castle and the fixtures for the opening rounds have now been confirmed with Magners League champions Leinster visiting Edinburgh for the third season in a row on Saturday 11 October (kick off 1.35pm).
Brian O’Driscoll and co were sent home tae think again in December when Edinburgh ended their Heineken Cup dream with a 29-10 win.
The following weekend, Edinburgh, with Hugo Southwell (pictured with the Heineken Cup trophy) travel across the channel to face Castres while in round three the top team in Scotland face English champions, London Wasps at Murrayfield on Friday 5 December (kick off 7.30pm).
The following weekend Edinburgh travel down south to Adams Park to face Wasps on Sunday 14 December, kick off 1pm.
