Jones has also given his backing to the White Ribbon Scotland campaign for men who want to end domestic violence against women.
White Ribbon Scotland are asking men all around the country to visit www.whiteribbonscotland.org.uk and pledge their commitment never to commit, condone or remain silent about men's violence against women in all its forms. Men can make a visible show of their support by sporting one of the campaign's white ribbon lapel badges.
Callum Hendry, campaign co-ordinator, said: "It's great to have high profile sportsmen backing White Ribbon Scotland, and I hope Edinburgh supporters and other rugby fans will follow Lee's lead and get involved.
"We are part of a global campaign of men and boys committed to taking action to stop violence against women. Our focus is on involving men, but we welcome the support of women too. We work collaboratively with women's organisations and urge men to support their work."
