NEWS | Supporters invited to join new Fan Engagement Forum

Applications are being sought for a new Fan Engagement Forum which aims to provide a platform for supporters to contribute towards the future of the club.

As the dust settles on a hugely encouraging campaign on the field both in the Guinness PRO14 and in Europe, planning is already well underway for next season - one which is set to herald some major developments off the field as well as on it.

Successful applicants will join a panel that represents the past, present and future of Edinburgh Rugby, and should be available to participate in approximately four group meetings per year.

Members will discuss and have input into a variety of initiatives that seek to improve the Edinburgh matchday experience whilst further strengthening the club’s links with supporters, the city and the community.

Edinburgh Managing Director, Jonny Petrie, said: “It’s a really exciting time for the club, with a winning team on the pitch and some major off-field developments in the pipeline.

“It’s therefore vital that we engage with supporters in a more proactive and in-depth manner, ensuring that the future of this club has its supporters at the heart of everything we do.

“The Fan Engagement Forum will give us a useful sounding board for various supporter and community initiatives that help drive the successful future of this club."
