NEWS | Seven Edinburgh players selected for Australia clash

Scotland Head Coach Gregor Townsend has included seven Edinburgh players in his team to face Australia at BT Murrayfield this Saturday (25 November, kick-off 2.30pm).

An all Edinburgh front-row sees Darryl Marfo and Stuart McInally pack down alongside Simon Berghan, who makes his first career start for Scotland.

In the second-row, Edinburgh centurion Grant Gichrist replaces teammate Ben Toolis and is set to make his first start for Scotland since featuring in the Dark Blues’ Six Nations victory over Italy in March. Having started against both Samoa and New Zealand, Hamish Watson once again takes his place at open-side flanker.

Ben Toolis and Cornel du Preez both take their place amongst the replacements and, if involved, the pair will earn their 7th and 5th caps respectively.
