ImageWatsonians captain Kyle Traynor (pictured on the right), who made his professional debut for Edinburgh in 2005, made sure his club got a favourable draw in the quarter finals of the Scottish Hydro Electric Cup on Tuesday.

The 22-year-old prop, who featured for Edinburgh in the recent back-up match at Lasswade, pulled out Sonians name to face Biggar while Heriot's captain Marc Teague, who also represented Edinburgh against Glasgow last week, saw his club draw either Cartha Queens Park or Ayr or Currie.

Scottish Hydro Electric Cup quarter-final draw (ties to be played on Saturday, April 5).

Haddington v Jed-Forest; Watsonians v Biggar; Cartha Queens Park or Ayr or Currie v Heriot's; Hawick v Melrose.
