Ross High RFC/School are holding their annual Midi 7's tournament on 4 April 2008 at Ross High Playing Fields, Tranent.

With a total of 32 teams and 320 players participating, the tournament will be divided into the following competitions
• S2's
• Under 16’s
• Under 18’s
• Seniors

S2's and Under 16’s will start at 9.30am
Seniors  and S2's from 2pm.
 
Each section will have eight teams with the winner from each of the four first round matches going into the semi finals of the Cup.

The four runners up from the first round ties go into the semi finals of the Plate Competition.
