VIDEO: CROSS ON GREAVES SPORTS 1872 CUP

Edinburgh prop Geoff Cross has been giving his take on the Greaves Sports 1872 Cup derby double-header against Glasgow Warriors, which begins this evening with a showdown at Firhill (kick-off 5.35pm).

In an exclusive video interview with www.edinburghrugby.org, the front row favourite declares: “These matches are a great thing to be part of, because the rivalry is personal.

“I relish the challenge of the one-on-one battle with my opposite number and can’t wait to experience again the brilliant atmosphere you always get at these derbies.”

Tickets for the Firhill clash will be available from 4pm today at the ticket booth behind the Jackie Husband Stand.
