Youngsters in Scotland’s capital city are being encouraged to keep active this summer by joining Edinburgh Rugby for three days of fun at Murrayfield. From Wednesday 12 to Friday 14 August, Edinburgh will be opening the doors to their training facilities on the back pitches at Murrayfield where they will host a summer camp for both boys and girls – an ideal opportunity for those looking to keep fit and improve their rugby, or even give rugby a go for the first time. The three-day camp focuses on improving skills such as passing, tackling, support play and decision making with support and advice from qualified coaches. Those attending will also get to meet members of the Edinburgh squad on at least one of the three days! Each child will also be given a follow-up action plan to take away with them aimed at continuing the improvement of their game. The three-day camp costs just £49 per child which includes drinks and fresh fruit each day and a souvenir item of Edinburgh kit.
