At each Heineken Cup game, 10 players from local P7 mini sections will compete against each other in small challenges related to key rugby skills. Tonight Murrayfield Wanderers will face Currie during the half-time break of the Edinburgh versus Castres game (kick off 7.30pm).

KICKING
Participants will have three kicks from hand, starting from the goal-line to land in 15m channel – points are scored for accuracy (staying in channel) and distance

RUNNING/PASSING
Participants will each have one run through a 30m (approx) channel, stopping every 5m to pass (from floor) a ball to attempt a hit on a target five metres away. Passes will alternate from right and left hand. Points will be scored for speed through the channel, as well as a bonus point for each target hit!

In previous matches, Heriot’s (pictured) defeated Portobello and it was another close one between Lasswade Lightning and WFC Watsons Warriors. Tonight will see Murrayfield Wanderers take on Currie at the home of Scottish Rugby - we hope everyone enjoys their special evening at Murrayfield.
