We encourage our supporters to drink responsibly. Tickets Q: Can I buy tickets on the day? A: Yes. Tickets can be purchased at the Murrayfield Ticket Centre which is at Gate A (off Roseburn Street) at Murrayfield Stadium from 9am at the London Wasps match and 10am at the Leinster match. If you have bought a ticket in advance, you should collect this from the Ticket Centre also. Q: I have an adult concession ticket and find I need it upgraded to a full adult ticket. A: Yes, go to the ticket centre and they will be able to assist you. Q: How much are tickets for Heineken Cup matches? A: Tickets for Heineken Cup matches are priced at £20 for Adults, £10 for Concessions (Concessions and OAPs only) and £5 for Juniors (U18s). Car Parking Q: Can I park at the stadium? A: The coach park (to the rear of Murrayfield Ice Rink) is only available to season ticket holders on a first come first served basis. Please note that you can only access the car park from Saughtonhall Avenue. Q: I am disabled – can I park at the stadium? A: Yes. Disabled spectators will be accommodated within our disabled car park which is situated behind the West Stand beside the Edinburgh Rugby Office. Access is via Saughtonhall Avenue and thereafter as directed by stewards. Disabled spectators arriving in cars will be accommodated as far as is reasonably practical and should arrive as above clearly displaying their blue badge. Access Arrangements & Stadium Facilities Q: How do I get into the stadium? A: There will be turnstiles open at both the North stand and Roseburn Street areas of the stadium. Q: Why have the access points to the Stadium changed for this season? A: The tram works have started on the back pitches of the Stadium which meant that there wasn’t any access to the West Stand turnstiles so we decided to open up the North stand and Roseburn Street turnstiles. Q: I have been invited to Hospitality at your match and don’t know which turnstiles I should use? A: There will be 1 Hospitality turnstile open at both the North stand and Roseburn Street turnstiles. Q: I have difficulty using a turnstile. A: Please contact a steward at the turnstile area who will happily assist with access through the nearest gate. Q: What do I do if I find someone sitting in my allocated seat? A: Any season ticket holder who comes across this problem should contact their section steward who will be able to assist you or contact someone who can. Please note that allocated seating for season ticket holders is in sections 19, 21 and 23 of the West Stand. Q: How do I access the disabled terraces (34A)? A: You will be able to gain access to the disabled terraces from the lift at the centre of the west stand. Q: Since buying my ticket, my mobility has been affected. Who can I ask for assistance and what happens if I’m physically unable to get to the seat I have a ticket for? A: We would advise that you contact us in advance if there has been any change in your circumstances however if this is not possible please contact your nearest steward on arrival. We have a dedicated team within the stadium that will look after spectators with such difficulties. Q: Can I bring a camera? A: Yes, pocked sized cameras are permitted however large professional cameras are not. Q: Can I bring an air horn? A: Yes however only mechanised airhorns (blow through / wind up) are allowed - pressurised containers are not permitted. Q: Can I bring rucksacks or suitcases? A: Small backpacks are permitted however suitcases or larger items will be denied access. Please note that rucksacks or similar will be subject to a search before entry. Q: I want to bring along my 1 year old child? A: No problem, however we would remind you that this a rugby match with a large crowd, music etc which may not be suitable for a child so young. Q: Does my 1 year old child need a match ticket? A: Children under 2 are admitted free of charge provided they sit on the parent’s knee. Q: Can I bring a buggy into the stadium? A: No. There is no facility for buggies and there is not a facility for buggy drop off and collection. Q: Is there a baby changing facility available? A: No. Q: Can I bring juice into the stadium? A: As part of the stadium ground rules it is not possible to bring cans into the stadium, however, a relaxation has been given to plastic bottles of soft drinks or water of up to 500ml. Please note: the lid must be sealed and intact. No alcohol will be permitted to be brought into the stadium. Q: Can I bring food into the stadium? A: There are catering outlets throughout the stadium and therefore there should be no requirement. Q: What happens if I have special dietary requirements, though? A: We will not stop anyone bringing food or drink into the stadium under these circumstances, providing that any soft drinks / water are in SEALED plastic bottles no larger than 500ml. Q: Can you purchase alcohol in the stadium? A: Yes. The stadium will be licensed for this match, with bars and food outlets opening along with our turnstiles. The President’s Suite* is also available for spectators before and after matches. * - subject to availability Q: Can I take my drink to my seat? A: Yes Q: Will I be able to smoke in stadium? A: Smoking is not permitted within the seating deck, concourses, suites or toilets in line with recent legislation. Q: Will there be a pass in / pass out section?
