Please arrive early at the stadium to fully benefit from the facilities on offer and to be in good time for kick-off.

Tickets
The Scottish Rugby Ticket Centre (Gate A, off Roseburn Street) is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for advance purchase and collection. Tickets can be purchased on match day, from 9am (£20 for adults, £10 for concessions (students and OAPs only) and £5 for under-18s). Adult AnyGame vouchers cost £15 and must be purchased in advance of match day.

Car Parking

Q: I’m a season ticket holder for Edinburgh – can I park at the stadium?
A: Yes, season ticket holders ONLY can park in Saughtonhall Car Park, (behind Murrayfield Ice Rink), on a first-come first-served basis, with access from Saughtonhall Avenue. A car park pass will be sent to season ticket holders along with their season ticket booklet.

Q: I’m not a season ticket holder – is there a designated car park for supporters like me?
A: No. We would suggest you arrive at the stadium early to ensure you find a space in the surrounding streets.  Please ensure you follow any parking restrictions in the area.

Q: I’m a premium season ticket holder – where should I park at the stadium?
A: You will receive a car park pass for the West Car Park (situated behind the west stand) which is accessed from Riversdale Crescent.

Q: I am disabled – can I park at the stadium?
A: Yes.  Disabled spectators will be accommodated in the West Cark Park (behind the west stand.  Access is via Riversdale Crescent, and thereafter as directed by stewards. Disabled spectators arriving in cars will be accommodated as far as is reasonably practical and should arrive, as above, clearly displaying their blue badge.  As the ticket centre is situated behind the east stand, we suggest you purchase / collect your tickets prior to parking.

 

Seating

Q: Which areas of the west stand are reserved for season ticket holders?
A: Sections 15, 17, 19 and 21. If you aren’t a season ticket holder, please sit in any of the remaining sections.

Q: What do I do if I find someone sitting in my allocated seat?
A: Any season ticket holder who comes across this problem should contact their section steward who will be able to assist you or contact someone who can.

Q: What do I do if I’m a season ticket holder and I bring along a friend who isn’t but we want to sit together?
A: You won’t be able to sit in the season ticket holder sections (west 15, 17, 19 and 21).  Please sit anywhere else in lower west stand.

Q: How do I access the disabled terraces (34A)?
A: You will be able to gain access via the lift at the centre of the west stand.

 

Access arrangements & Stadium facilities

Q: How do I get into the stadium?
A: Turnstiles will be open at the north stand and Roseburn Crescent (next to the ticket centre) areas of the stadium.  Please note that the turnstiles at Roseburn Street will not be open due to the tram works currently taking place.

Q: If I’m a premium season ticket holder, which turnstiles should I use?
A: You can access the stadium through the north and Crescent turnstiles.  Turnstiles will also be open behind the west stand, to premium season ticket holders parked in the West Car Park only.

Q: I have been invited to hospitality at your match and don’t know which turnstiles I should use?
A: Hospitality guests can enter the stadium by any turnstile at Roseburn Crescent or those at the north.

Q: I have difficulty using a turnstile – what should I do?
A: Please contact a steward at the turnstile area who will happily help with access through the nearest gate.

Q: Since buying my ticket, my mobility has been affected. Who can I ask for assistance and what happens if I’m physically unable to get to the seat I have a ticket for?
A: We would advise that you contact us in advance if there has been any change in your circumstances. However, if this is not possible, please contact your nearest steward on arrival.  We have a dedicated team in the stadium who will look after spectators mobility issues.

Q: Can I bring a camera?
A: Yes, pocked sized cameras are permitted however large professional cameras are not.

Q: Can I bring an air horn/vuvuzela?
A: Yes however only mechanised airhorns (blow through / wind up) are allowed - pressurised containers are not permitted.

Q: Can I bring a rucksack or suitcase?
A: Small backpacks are permitted however suitcases or larger items are not.  Please note that rucksacks or similar will be subject to a search before entry.

Q: I want to bring along my one-year-old child?
A: No problem, however we would remind you that this is a rugby match with a large crowd, music etc which may not be suitable for a child so young.

Q: Does my one-year-old child need a match ticket?
A: Children under 5 are admitted free of charge for Magners League matches.

Q: Can I bring a buggy into the stadium?
A: No.  There is no facility for buggies and there is not a facility for buggy drop off and collection.

Q: Is there a baby changing facility available?
A: Yes, these can be found in the toilets on the lower concourse of the west stand, at sections 9 and 27.
 
Q: Can I bring juice into the stadium?
A: As part of the stadium ground rules it is not possible to bring cans into the stadium, however, a relaxation has been given to plastic bottles of soft drinks or water of up to 500ml.
Please note: the lid must be sealed and in tact.   No alcohol will be permitted to be brought into the stadium.

Q: Can I bring food into the stadium?
A: There are catering outlets throughout the stadium and therefore there should be no requirement.

Q: What happens if I have special dietary requirements, though?
A: We will not stop anyone bringing food or drink into the stadium under these circumstances, providing that any soft drinks / water are in SEALED plastic bottles no larger than 500ml.

Q: Can you purchase alcohol in the stadium?
A: Yes.  The stadium will be licensed for this match, with bars and food outlets opening along with our turnstiles.  The President’s Suite* is also available to spectators before and after matches. We encourage our supporters to drink responsibly

Q: Can I take my drink to my seat?
A: Yes

Q:  Will I be able to smoke in the stadium?
A: Smoking is not permitted within the seating deck, concourses, suites or toilets, in line with recent legislation.

Q: Will there be a pass in / pass out section?
A: No.

Q: I would like an announcement made at half time for a birthday / proposal etc?

Q: If I feel unwell during the match, can I get help?
A: Yes, we have full medical team on duty for your safety and well being, including first aid, paramedics and doctors.  Please contact your nearest steward in the first instance.

Q: Is there somewhere we can go to get players’ autographs after the match?
A: Yes, the players will be signing autographs after the match on the concourse side of the team tunnel, in the centre of the west stand.

Q: Who should I contact if I have lost something at a match?
