Information: Michael was appointed the media manager of Edinburgh Rugby in the summer of 2011 having been responsible for the media management of Scotland’s club and communty rugby since 2008.

Before working in rugby, Michael was a communications and publications officer at The Glasgow School of Art while working as a freelance feature writer in arts and culture publications, as a sub-editor and reporter for Sunday and daily broadsheet newspapers and as a broadcast journalist covering Scottish Football live on commercial radio.

Michael graduated with an honours degree in communications and mass media at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2004 and a Masters in Journalism at Strathclyde University in 2006.
