Edinburgh’s Heineken Cup Pool 1 campaign reaches its grand finale with a date against Cardiff Blues at Murrayfield on Saturday (kick-off 5.45pm).
The match against our Welsh rivals offers the chance to put one over a side who edged us out by a single point on the first Heineken Cup weekend of the season last October.
It will also be an ideal opportunity to lay a marker ahead of the Blues’ return, on Magners League business, on Friday 4 March.
Edinburgh season ticket holders are reminded that they can bring a friend to Saturday’s Heineken Cup match for free. Your guest will need to use Voucher 7, the one intended for use at the Castres game that tournament organisers ERC decided would be played behind closed doors.
Sections 15-21 of the West stand are reserved for season ticket holders, but you and your guest are welcome to sit together in the unreserved sections to either side.
Any season ticket holder who had planned to take advantage of the original bring a friend for free offer at the Castres game can do so at the Cardiff match by having their guest present Voucher A at the turnstiles.
So, in effect, any season ticket holder who still has an unused Voucher A in their season ticket book can bring two friends to the Cardiff game for free.
Edinburgh Crew members who received tickets for the Castres game can also use these at Saturday's match. Simply present your tickets at the Edinburgh Crew entrance at the North and Roseburn Street turnstiles.
Match tickets for the game are also on sale HERE, by calling 0131 346 5180 or by visiting the Murrayfield Ticket Centre (just off Roseburn Street) in person. Adults can save £5 on the match-day price of £20 by booking their tickets before the day of the game.
See you there, as Edinburgh seek their sixth win in seven home Heineken Cup matches
